This project’s objective was to choose an event to make a poster. The poster had to have a visual hierarchy and be visually cohesive. The poster had to be 18 inches by 24 inches vertical or horizontal. It had to have a title, subtitle and body text. It also had to have photos, graphics or illustrations. The event did not have to be a currently existing event but still had to be in a real location. The times, dates, and locations, either existing or made up for the poster. The typography of the words are chosen to fit the theme and aesthetic of the poster. The colors for the poster are also decided as well as the style in which all the visuals would adhere to for the cohesiveness of the poster. These visuals could have been created or appropriated.
